day one.

this past year, i've SPInspired a lot of people to get up and move/ride a bike to nowhere/get real. get fit. get FAB (flab2fab).

so i've decided to make a home for this on the interwebs.

we're all in this journey together. it's not easy. by any stretch of the imagination.
